Matcha Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1.5 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (I prefer almond milk)

1 tbsp. Matcha powder (save a dash for a pretty topping)

1 tbsp. Organic raw cacao powder OR unsweetened cocoa powder

2 scoops protein powder (I prefer USANA MySmartShake plant-based powder)

1 tbsp. flax meal or fiber supplement of choice (I prefer USANA Fibergy)

Handful spinach 

3/4 cup blueberries

10 drops stevia (less if your protein powder is flavored)

Directions

Add everything to a high speed blender starting with the liquid and blend on high for 1 minute. Drink...Enjoy...Feel amazing!
