Healthy Grab-N-Go Snack Mix

Large 10 cup mixing bowl is required.

10-12 servings (or less if you're addicted to this like I am!)


2 cups organic goji berries

1 package coconut chips (I prefer Dang brand or Trader Joe's)

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds

1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

1.5 cups almonds (my preferred variety is either raw unsalted or honey roasted from Whole Foods)


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy! Due to the highly addictive nature of this snack mix, I recommend dividing among 1/2 cup portions to grab on the go each day. If you do not pre-portion, beware of eating the whole batch in one sitting!
