1 1/2 cups raw almonds
3 tbsp. coconut nectar (located near the pure maple syrup in your local grocery/health foods store)
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 pinches of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread almonds evenly on baking dish.
Drizzle with coconut nectar.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
Mix to coat evenly (finger-licking will be nearly impossible).
Place in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Store in an airtight container when cool. Eat and enjoy!
