Craving something sweet, crunchy AND healthy? Then you've gotta try these super easy and nutrient dense glazed almonds. With no added artificial sugars or flavorings, these almonds will satisfy your sweet snack tooth without spiking your blood sugar like other sugary snacks. Coconut nectar is sweet like maple syrup but is low glycemic, meaning it won't spike your blood sugar. Plus, it's loaded with enzymes and minerals that will keep you healthy from the inside out. 4-6 servings


1 1/2 cups raw almonds

3 tbsp. coconut nectar (located near the pure maple syrup in your local grocery/health foods store)

1-2 tsp. cinnamon

1-2 pinches of sea salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Spread almonds evenly on baking dish. 

Drizzle with coconut nectar. 

Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt 

Mix to coat evenly (finger-licking will be nearly impossible). 

Place in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. 

Store in an airtight container when cool. Eat and enjoy!
