Blueberry Bliss Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut water

2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. flax meal

2 scoops protein powder (I prefer USANA MySmartShake plant-based vanilla)

3/4 cups frozen blueberries

1 handful of spinach

Stevia to taste (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender starting with the liquids and blend on high for 1 minute. Drink and enjoy!
