For faster preparation in the morning, freeze bananas with the skin off and use as needed.
1 frozen banana
1.5 cups coconut milk (or any non dairy milk of choice)
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder, or 1 inch. peeled fresh turmeric root (this is the king of all anti-inflammatory foods)!!!
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender on high for approx. 1 minute. Sip calmy, relax and enjoy!
