As a Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I guide and support my clients to make sustainable changes across all areas of their lives so they can take control of their health, find balance and live a life they love...NATURALLY!

Most approaches to being healthy dwell on calories, carbs, proteins and the dirty 'F' word...FAT!!!. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, working out until your legs fall off and counting calories from sun up 'til sun down, I coach you to explore basic, practical improvements that work for you along with encouraging gradual shifts in behavior that will take your health to the next level. We work on what you want to improve to live a healthier life within the circumstances of your unique situation. 

My approach to health and wellness is quite simple: food is medicine. Given the proper nutrition and mindful self-care practices, our bodies have the power to heal and work as intended. In our modern Western culture, we are trained to believe that health and happiness come from a magic pill, potion, lotion or surgical procedure. However, by fueling our bodies naturally and taking a holistic approach to our health, we can begin to feel our very best, look our very best, live our very best and thrive each and every day.
